A relatively rare wood, Gaboon Ebony is often considered to be a powerful conduit for spells, particularly those of protection, with wands often being used to amplify and direct energies. When worn in the hair they might also be used to help keep your energies balanced , helping to stabilize mood and work other such sustained magic upon yourself.
